Leasing procedure
1.Receiving information offer for leasing by the supplier or in VB Leasing.
What does this mean? The client goes to a supplier, chooses what he/she wants to buy and asks for an information offer for leasing containing all details needed for him/her to choose the most suitable form of financing. The client chooses time period and the amount of participation.
2.When the client chooses leasing conditions, he/she fills in the request for leasing and submits needed documentation for leasing approval (the list of required documentation is given overleaf the leasing request). Documentation can be submitted to the supplier or directly to VB Leasing. Requests can be obtained at every dealer’s or VB Leasing.
3.VB Leasing decides on the request for approval of leasing within 24 hours and/or 48 hours (legal persons) from the moment of required documentation received.
4.Upon approval of the request, the client signs the agreement with VB Leasing and pays down payment.
5.VB leasing pays the object of leasing to the supplier.
6.He/she also pays comprehensive motor vehicle insurance for the object of leasing, except in cases when VB Leasing finances it by instalments.
7.In case of a motor vehicle, the client takes probation licence plates and goes to the technical inspection.
8.Registers the object of leasing if subject to registration and checks if the owner of the vehicle (VB Leasing) and/or user (lessee) is entered in the vehicle registration certificate.
9.Takes over the object of leasing at the supplier’s and signs the minutes on takeover.
10.Submits necessary documentation to VB Leasing, which consists of one copy of the invoice certified by the tax authority that the tax was paid (or free of tax), original of the comprehensive motor vehicle insurance policy, copy of the compulsory insurance, the green card (for vehicles) and the minutes on takeover.
11.After the submission of necessary documentation, VB Leasing gives authorisation for usage of the object of leasing.
